Our Client is seeking an experienced Director of Mechanical Engineering to lead, coordinate, and oversee the mechanical engineering discipline within its Architecture and Engineering business unit. This senior leadership role will be responsible for engineering operations, project and program management, business development, financial performance, staff development, and client relationships. The Mechanical Engineering team consists of approximately 35 professionals, with the Director managing 6–7 direct reports. The ideal candidate will bring extensive mechanical engineering and A/E/C industry experience, strong leadership capabilities, commercial program experience, and a proven ability to build client relationships and drive business growth. P&L management experience is highly desirable but not required. This position can be performed remotely or from any of the client's offices across North America. Remote candidates should be located within reasonable proximity to a
