Partner & Tiering Manager

We are looking for a Partner & Tiering Manager to join Aduna’s growing Demand Generation organization and lead partner-program execution within the Lighthouse ecosystem. In this role, you will manage relationships with strategic partners including CPaaS providers, ISVs, and specialist ecosystem players, helping drive market activation, partner engagement, co-marketing initiatives, and incentive programs. While Sales owns the commercial relationship and contracting activities, you will be responsible for ensuring our partner programs operate effectively, compliantly, and at scale. You will serve as the operational engine behind partner success, enabling partners to participate in Aduna’s Lighthouse program, coordinating incentives, monitoring partner performance, and ensuring healthy diversification across use cases and markets.
