In September 2026 Adlib acquired Paperbox, the mail-to-decision engine for insurance, trusted by more than 100 European insurers. Together we serve a global customer base across insurance and other regulated industries, backed by Diversis Capital. The role We are hiring a VP, Global Marketing to lead marketing across North America and Europe. You will own marketing-sourced pipeline for insurance and marketing’s retention and expansion targets for our installed base, lead the brand through the next phase of the company’s evolution, and build the North American demand engine on a proven European playbook. You are quantitative and data driven: every program has a number, every dollar has a return. You will run an AI-powered marketing function, using the latest AI tools across content, campaigns, outbound and operations, and bring creative energy to a category where most vendors sound the same. You will lead a senior team spanning marketing operations, field marketing in North America and Europe, and GTM engineering, and partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success.
