Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for empathetic, experienced mental health professionals to come along side us in this endeavor! This is a fully remote position. Pay: $60-62/hr. Role: Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the mission of the clinic, a therapist will seek to facilitate hope and change in the lives of their clients who have been affected by cancer. A therapist is responsible for accepting referrals and maintaining a client load (minimum 18 hours per week). Primary Responsibilities: Counsel clients or patients individually and/or within family sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making changes. Make internal referrals to IOP if little to no improvement occurs within 8 weeks of OP therapy. Guide clients in the development of skills or strategies for dealing with their problems. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge, establishing SMART goals with the patient. Treatment plans are to be developed 72 hours after intake and updated / modified every 4 weeks. Fill out and maintain client-related paperwork, including client diagnostic records and progress notes.
