Travel Specialist

The Travel Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supervising corporate travel for company employees through SAP Concur and the designated travel agency. This position acts as the primary liaison between the company, travelers, and the travel agency, ensuring that travel requests, changes, urgent needs, and issues are handled accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, this position is responsible for keeping travel information accurate and up to date in SAP Concur, analyzing corporate travel data, monitoring expenses and utilization trends, and preparing and distributing reports to country leaders to facilitate visibility, planning, and decision-making. The position requires excellent coordination, analytical, and customer service skills, aiming to guarantee an efficient, high-quality travel experience while supporting a high volume of travel within the organization.
