Software Manager

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead cloud-native software engineering team responsible for building and operating a modern Azure-based platform and on premise solutions in the Rail sector. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, and strategic ownership, with a strong focus on Kubernetes, C#/.NET, and shaping the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across our products and services. You will play a key role in defining the future technical roadmap, ensuring our platform remains scalable, secure, and ready to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation. Team Leadership: Lead a professional development team focussed on delivering engineering excellence through the promotion of existing and emerging methods.
