Job Overview We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support an Australian client with growing transaction volumes. In this role, you will manage overdue customer accounts through direct phone and email contact, secure payment commitments, and help reduce outstanding debt. You will work closely with the client's finance team on shared customer accounts and own the month-end credit insurance reporting on overdue accounts. Key Responsibilities Overdue Account Follow-Up: Confidently contact customers with overdue accounts by phone and email to understand reasons for non-payment and secure payment commitments that reduce outstanding debt. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the client's finance team, who handle routine collections before the due date, to ensure a smooth handover of accounts once they become overdue and consistent communicati
