Director of Quality Assurance

The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for defining and leading the global quality strategy across the company’s product portfolio. This role provides horizontal/dotted-line leadership to approximately 150 QA and Automation QA engineers across 10 global product teams. The position drives consistent quality practices, modernization of QA capabilities, AI-enabled testing, and a culture of efficiency and innovation. This leader plays a critical role in driving business growth, competitive advantage, and customer retention by ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-performing product experiences. The Senior Director will also prepare and deliver executive-level quality reports, insights, and recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
