Accuris Professional Services Team · Americas (Remote) POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our Americas Professional Services team, delivering implementation, configuration, and integration services for customers across Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Medical Device, and Energy. This role brings a strong technical foundation in APIs, authentication, and enterprise system integration to the full scope of professional services consulting. You will partner closely with Sales and Sales Engineering in scoping conversations, contributing the technical input needed to translate customer requirements into SOW-ready scope, and then deliver hands-on implementation for engineering-system integrations across the Accuris product suite. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver implementation and configuration: Deliver onboarding, configuration, and deployment activities for customers with active Statements of Work, including authentication setup (SSO / LDAP / Active Directory), API-based data connections, and data validation. Support customer integrations: Gather integration requirements and define technical scope with customers, partner with Product and Engineering (who develop and maintain the solutions), and carry out testing, validation, and implementation of integrations with customer engineering and enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ALM, document management, and ERP platforms), including metadata and permission mapping.
