Sage Intacct Implementation Manager

Role Overview The Sage Intacct Implementation Manager (IM) plays a key leadership role within Accordant Managed Services (AMS), providing both peopleleadership and project governance to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation delivery. This role is accountable for the health of assigned projects, the development and effectiveness of Implementation Leads (ILs) and Implementation Specialists (ISs), and the overall client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle. The IM operates as both a strategic overseer and hands-on partner - proactively identifying risks, validating scope alignment, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, and reinforcing adherence to Accordant implementation standards. Through disciplined oversight in Certinia and close partnership with ILs, the IM ensures projects remain on track across timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Additionally, the IM strengthens team capability within AMS through coaching, onboarding support, and performance management, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Project Coordinators (PCs), and internal stakeholders to drive a seamless client journey. Success in this role requires sound judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to balance client needs, team capacity, and business priorities.
