Sr. Linux Specialist - Chile (L)

POSITION: Sr. Linux Specialist. CLIENT: Important Retail Client. MODALITY AND LOCATION: 100% remote. Location: Santiago, Chile (the profile must be located in Santiago, Chile). ROLE SUMMARY: At Acciona IT we are looking for a Linux Specialist responsible for the administration, support, configuration, and maintenance of Unix/Linux infrastructure in datacenters and cloud providers, primarily on Red Hat Linux, SUSE, CentOS, and IBM AIX. The objective is to ensure the operational continuity of servers and compliance with technical, quality, and security standards defined by the client. EXCLUSIONARY REQUIREMENTS: Experience/knowledge in Red Hat and SUSE Linux administration. Experience or knowledge in AWS/GCP, VMware, and IBM AIX. EXPERIENCE: Years of experience: +5/6 years. Specialized experience in Unix/Linux platform administration and support. Experience in server administration in datacenters and cloud providers. Experience in systems maintenance and/or support. Experience in Unix/Linux infrastructure troubleshooting and problem resolution. Knowledge of virtualized infrastructure and computer security. Ability to interact with internal teams and external providers.
