IT Process and Automation Lead MODALITY AND LOCATION: Modality: fully remote Location: Argentina. Role: Professional responsible for leading the surveying, documentation, analysis, standardization, and optimization of operational and technological processes within the IT area. Its main objective will be to identify improvement and automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and strengthen process traceability and governance. Mandatory requirements: Background in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process management, surveying, and improvement. Knowledge of BPMN, ITIL, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in process documentation, procedures, and operational workflows. Knowledge of automation tools, RPA, and workflows. Proficiency in process diagramming and documentation tools. Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT process management and improvement. Transformation initiatives, technological process optimization, IT operations, infrastructure, and cloud services. Technologies: Essential: BPMN, ITIL, Continuous improvement, Process surveying and modeling, Process documentation, Flow diagramming, RPA, Workflows, IT process management, Definition of KPIs and metrics, Stakeholder management.
