Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Manager

As the Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Manager, you will play a critical role in the management of Accenture ’s industrial hygiene programs and processes. Your primary focus will be to develop an industrial hygiene program while provide technical expertise. This role will also support Accenture HSE Ventures and Acquisitions program, ensuring newly acquired companies are following HSE laws and company HSE requirements. You will continue to existing company health, safety and environmental programs, help identify compliance gaps and risks, and establish strategies to ensure continued alignment with international standards and industry best practices. Through your expertise and leadership, you will contribute to a safe and sustainable working environment while fostering a culture of health and safety. In this role, you will be expected to: Develop, execute and maintain the Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Program. Ensure compliance with local HSE laws and regulations related to industrial hygiene. Contribute to V&A HSE risk assessments and mitigation plans during Due Diligence and Post Merger Integration. Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of Accenture HSE Policies and Procedures. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions for occupational health/exposure incidents. Ensure training needs are identified and developed for employees participating in industrial hygiene activities. Embed artificial intelligence into industrial hygiene process
