You know instructional methodology well enough to explain why a program is built the way it is, and can articulate those choices to a broad array of technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. You have deep knowledge of our content catalog and roadmap well enough to answer what we can build without going back to the LX or product team for routine questions. You are comfortable leading a conversation with clients and listen for the need underneath the ask, which is often different from the ask itself. You work through credibility rather than authority, across sales, solution architecture, and partnerships teams. You manage multiple opportunities at once and are known for your easy-to-understand technical explanations, business acumen, responsiveness, and follow-through.
