Responsibilities -SOX CONTROLS (quarterly): oPrepare report for the contract management control – get evidence. oPrepare report for the reinsurance credit rating – get evidence. oPrepare report for the reinsurance contract main terms control – get evidence. oLiaise with actuaries about Risk Transfer report needed for the control. oImprove controls for efficiency and work on new controls as needed (example: assist by reviewing information given by Reinsurance Ops when new Reinsurance platform is live). ASSIST IN THE REINSURANCE TREATY PLACEMENT oRequest information from other teams to prepare the submission to markets – review the final submission pack; oPrepare resumes and schematics (other reports like sliding scale that are currently in excel file which hopefully are going to be in the new reinsurance platform). oSupport to prepare TO BOOK email for finance/ RI ops (when new reinsurance app is working
