Director of Training (BCBA) Turn your expertise into organization-wide impact. We’re seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our company-wide training strategy and delivery, combining clinical expertise, instructional design, and leadership development to strengthen how our teams learn and grow. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll design and facilitate engaging training sessions, develop scalable learning programs, and partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to support clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, and employee development across the organization. From onboarding and clinical training to leadership development and compliance, you’ll help shape how our teams learn, grow, and succeed. This is an opportunity for a BCBA passionate about developing people, leading trainings, and creating meaningful organizational impact beyond direct clinical service delivery. This position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates based in Plano, Texas. We’re also open to qualified applicants residing in California, Idaho, Nebraska, or Iowa.
