We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Director of Training to lead the vision, development, and delivery of training across our organization. From onboarding and role-specific training to leadership development and company-wide compliance, you’ll help shape how our teams learn, grow, and put their knowledge into practice. This position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates based in Plano, Texas. We’re also open to qualified applicants residing in California, Idaho, Nebraska, or Iowa. Candidates must be comfortable traveling onsite as needed to facilitate training and support teams across the organization. What You’ll Do Lead the Training Vision Develop and execute a company-wide training strategy aligned with organizational goals, clinical excellence, and operational priorities. Establish consistent training standards and learning experiences across departments, roles, and locations. Identify opportunities to strengthen existing programs and build scalable solutions that support organizational growth. Build Engaging, Effective L
