We are hiring Customer Care Advisors Xyla (part of Acacium Group ) Homebased Fixed Term contract ending 16th April 2027 | Full time hours £24,785 per annum We are hiring Customer Care Advisorsto joinXyla's mental health support teamwho provide neurodevelopmental services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. In this role you will act as a key point of contact for individuals going through the ADHD or Autism assessment process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. In this role, you will: Be the first point of contact for patients enquiring about ADHD and Autism assessments, conducting screening calls and supporting patients through the booking process. Schedule and manage appointments, liaising with clinicians and patients to gain availability. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Monitor pathway progress, identifying and escalating risks, delays or issues where required. Support quality, compliance and reporting requirements through accurate data management.
