The HIT Manager/Director will be responsible for managing and maintaining our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and quality of care.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the electronic health records system, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with HIPAA regulations- Develop and implement HIT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of technology- Train and support staff on the use of HIT systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies to improve processes and enhance patient care- Monitor and analyze HIT data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements- Ensure all HIT systems are up to date and in compliance with industry standards- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in HIT to make strategic recommendations for the company- Develop a
