We're looking for a strategic financial leader to join our team as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, you'll be at the heart of how AbsenceSoft plans for the future – partnering with executive leaders, driving smarter forecasting, and translating financial data into insights that shape our growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering alignment with organizational goals and professional growth. Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to the CFO. Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast ARR, and collaborate with department leaders on performance insights and variance analysis.
