Summary: The Manager, Solutions Consulting leads AbsenceSoft’s team of Solutions Consultants — the technical experts who partner with sales to show prospective and existing customers how our platform solves real leave and accommodations challenges. Reporting to the CRO, this role leads the team's day-to-day operations: hiring, coaching, demo standards, and deal strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role — this role develops the team while stepping into complex deals directly, with success measured by improving win rates and faster onboarding of new Solutions Consultants. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Development Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a team of 4–8 Solutions Consultants, building the skills and confidence needed to handle increasingly complex deals. Implement and maintain demo standards, discovery frameworks, and win/loss review practices that give the team a consistent playbook to work from. Set individual and team goals tied to revenue outcomes, and hold regular individual meetings and pipeline reviews to track progress. Create a team culture that balances high performance with genuine support as the function scales. Sales Partn
