Co-founder & CTO for Lingr About Lingr Lingr is a membership platform for people who long for real love. We combine our research-based knowledge of how sustainable relationships are built with personal matching done by relationship coaches and Laura, our AI relationship coach. Lingr is not a dating app, and that is precisely why we exist. We are now looking for a CTO who wants to join as a co-owner and take responsibility for the entire technical platform, both the existing one and the one to be developed moving forward. This will be yours Parts of the platform are already in place: member administration and Laura are live. Your task is to shape the next steps, on the web, in the platform, and in the app. You own the technical direction, set the architecture, choose the tools, and build the team needed over time. Data and security are important components in everything we build. We believe you have Led technical products all the way to users, preferably within consumer, platform, or AI. Are equally comfortable in strategy as in code. Want to build something that matters in people's lives and see the value in building it with integrity and data care. Terms The role is a co-ownership. Compensation is equity in the company, not salary, and you will be one of those who shape Lingr's future.
