Remote Structural Designer

Structural Designer Remote | Hybrid option: Melbourne, FL, Ellicott City, MD, or Pittsburgh, PA Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 The Role Above Group is looking for a Structural Designer to join our Structural Engineering team and help carry projects from concept through construction. Reporting to a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the structural design of the projects you are assigned, producing CAD drawings and calculations and turning an engineer’s vision into clear, buildable documents. Your work will directly reflect the quality and vision of our company standards. This is a hands-on role with room to grow. You will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers, visit active job sites to see how your designs come together, and support construction-phase work such as shop drawing reviews and RFIs. We rely on designers who work well both independently and as part of a team, communicate clearly, and are committed to excellence in everything they produce.
