Drive Business Objectives: Develop and execute work plans for CoolSculpting and SkinCeuticals within assigned institutions, achieving business goals through proactive business activities and strategies while continuously striving to improve performance. Customer Opportunity Insight: Gain a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics and body contouring product lines, identify and master customer needs, match corresponding strategies, and provide professional support and training to clients. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients, understand institutional needs and feedback, and provide personalized solutions. Market Research: Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor information through public, legal, and compliant channels to form market insights and support the formulation and optimization of business plans. Business Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on business conditions, analyze data, and propose improvement suggestions to optimize business processes and strategies. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams, to ensure the achievement of work objectives. Comply with business conduct guidelines and conduct business activities legally and reasonably. Complete various tasks requested by superiors. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medicine, medical equipment, or related fields. 3+ years of working experience in medical aesthetics, medical devices, or related fields, with a background in foreign-funded enterprises preferred. Good customer management experience. Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit. Good learning and data analysis capabilities. Self-driven, able to independently formulate work plans and execute them effectively. Have a certain understanding of skincare products, medical aesthetic products, and market trends.
