JOB SUMMARY: Serves as subject matter expert for assigned regions of the country for technical, food safety, and quality assurance related areas including regulatory compliance, product development and implementation, supplier and facility approvals, and in-store procedures and execution as it relates to quality, food safety, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Candidate must reside in the primary location or additional locations listed (Remote WA or Remote OR) and must be commutable to the territory they support. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facility Auditing and/or Quality Visits to third party or owned commissary, bakeries and distribution centers to assess food safety and food production for process controls and compliance to specification and/or for initial vendor and plant approvals.
