Senior Workforce Software Consultant

This is a remote position. Job Title: Senior Workforce Software Consultant Location: Canada (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time As a Workforce Software Sr. Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following: Provide application management services for large enterprise cloud Workforce Software (WFS) to support clients Participate in the full lifecycle of Operate projects including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements Work on Incident Management activities like Incidence logging, Triage, Tracking and Resolution on severity basis, and Problem Management activities of Root Cause Analysis and Error Handling. Participate in requirement gathering for identified changes (small and medium enhancements) based on Request for Change documents, and translate business needs into technical/functional design specifications Configuration of Workforce Software policies (scripting) based on requirements documents Configuration/Development of integrations to and from Workforce Software Lead a team of offshore technical/functional resources to ensure that client SLAs are met Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 5+ years of related experience with workforce management software such as Workforce Software (certification in Workforce Software strongly preferred) Knowledge in one or more of the fo
