ABOUT THE ROLE As a Content Strategist & Creator at 321, you will be a full-time member of our Social Media & Content team, helping plan, capture, and create authentic social content for a diverse portfolio of client accounts. You'll work remotely, with regular travel to client locations throughout Illinois and the Midwest for on-site content capture sessions. Your role combines hands-on production skills with content strategy — shaping what we create and why, shooting compelling photos and videos, and editing content for social platforms using AI-enhanced tools. You'll also help grow our creator and influencer programs, sourcing, vetting, and reaching out to creator partners who can extend our clients' reach with authentic, trusted voices. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, production, brand storytelling, creator partnerships, and AI-powered workflows.
