Your tasks: 21future is a non-profit educational initiative dedicated to imparting future-oriented skills to young people, preparing them for an ever-changing world. We work agilely with a high standard of impact — and continue to grow steadily. To financially secure this growth and expand it further, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated person to systematically drive our fundraising in the area of foundations and public grants. The weekly working hours are between 24 and 32 hours. The following tasks await you: Systematic establishment and expansion of funding channels for foundations and public grants. Effective and individually tailored writing of grant applications for foundations and public funding bodies. Active use and collaborative further development of relevant tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM). Proactive and sensible use of AI to increase efficiency in research, application writing, and communication. Effective and proactive research into funding landscapes, trends, and funding conditions to identify new, suitable funding opportunities. Development, controlling, and management of KPIs for the foundations & public grants sector. Further development and improvement of holistic, effective processes in fundraising (together with the Manager of Processes & Digitalization and the Executive Management Assistant). Personal and appreciative
