We develop, build, and operate scalable new energy infrastructures — from photovoltaics, storage, and charging infrastructure to energy management and cross-portfolio control. Your Position Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of large-scale new energy projects (PV, BESS, LIS, EMS) regarding budget, schedule, quality, and safety Functional leadership of a project management team as well as active development of structures and capacities Proactive identification, evaluation, and management of risks at the project and portfolio level, acting as the first escalation level for the team Fostering a solution-oriented team culture together with adjacent departments Ensuring compliance with guidelines and quality standards as well as actively promoting continuous learning within the team Results-oriented stakeholder management with clients, grid operators, service providers, authorities, and internal planning departments to successfully execute projects Conception, setup, and implementation.
