What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a hands-on Data Engineering Lead to guide our data engineering team and shape the next stage of Oxford’s enterprise data platform. Reporting to the Director of Data Operations, you’ll lead a team of two to four engineers while remaining closely involved in architecture, development, troubleshooting, and delivery.
