For the #1 paid social agency in Germany, we are looking for a Head of Growth (m/f/d) – Berlin or remote. The agency has grown to around 40 people and is now taking the next big step: from a paid social specialist to a full-funnel partner for larger mid-sized and enterprise clients. As Head of Growth, you will build this exact future. You will lead the entire growth division and work directly with the executive management. Your Responsibilities You will take over the leadership of three growth teams and shape them into a high-performing unit You will evolve the service offering from paid social to full-funnel and establish retention and CRM as new pillars You will set the creative strategy for clients, bridging data and creativity You will consistently integrate AI into strategy, creation, and reporting You will help build the agency's growth engine from scratch, spanning lead generation to pipeline What You Bring You have hands-on performance marketing experience over many years and think in terms of customer journeys rather than channels You have experience with
