The CXR Pathway Program is a paid program that launches your career in financial services. You'll be paid while you study for your SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and learn the job through hands-on, on-the-job training. You'll build foundational knowledge and confidence alongside your cohort, and finish the program ready to become a registered broker (Registered Representative). Learn by doing, from day one. While you study, you'll be on the job supporting customers across chat, email and phone, with needs ranging from simple to complex.
