We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with our Sales team for Mid-Market, Enterprise & Strategic segments. In this role, you will serve as a business partner on the Regional Sales Operations team, playing a critical role in helping Figma Sales scale revenue across both our self-service and assisted sales motions. This role is available to hire from our US hubs and remote locations. Preferable is in New York City. What you’ll do at Figma: Serve as a trusted thought partner and strategic advisor to the SVP of AMER Sales — translating business performance, market trends, and field insights into clear recommendations that shape regional priorities, guide investment decisions, and accelerate growth Assist the forecasting process for Mid-Market, Enterprise & Strategic, bringing rigor and repeatability to pipeline reviews Lead and elevate the operating cadence — MBRs, QBRs, weekly forecast reviews — by synthesizing trends, surfacing risks and opportunities, and driving leaders
