What is The Role This role will architect the learning journey for our International (EMEA & APJ) Sales Development organization. Your mission is simple but critical: shorten ramp time for new hires and enhance the skills of existing SDRs. You will expand on established programs that have transformed performance levels for the SDR organization & take them to the next level. Standardize the SDR Enablement Rhythm and drive readiness through high-impact onboarding, "ever-boarding," programs. What You Will Be Doing Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that takes new SDRs from "Day 1" to "First Meeting Booked" with speed and confidence.
