With our AI Factories, we are building the data center infrastructure for AI. As the right hand of our CEO, you are right in the thick of it—during team building, the introduction of AI, and in sales. Responsibilities You prepare and manage CEO projects—from AI implementation to team building. You support the sales of our AI Factories: researching target clients, creating presentations and proposal documents, preparing and attending meetings. You take responsibility for your own topics—from day one. Qualifications Completed university degree, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable—graduates are welcome. Structured, fast, and independent. Very good communication in German, good English. Enthusiasm for AI, technology, and sales—as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. A plus: initial practical experience in a startup, consulting, tech sales, or project work, pitch and presentation experience, understanding of data centers and infrastructure.
