Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 Overview As a Senior Strategic Services Consultant focused on AI Agent Deployment at ClickUp, you will lead high-impact, end-to-end customer engagements that deliver measurable outcomes through agentic automation. You will partner with executive and operational stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents, optimizing the customer’s workspace and workflows to reduce manual effort, improve quality and compliance, and unlock scalable ROI. You will operate with high autonomy across complex implementations, balancing strategic advisory (roadmaps, operating models, value realization) with hands-on delivery (configuration, testing, launch, enablement). You will also shape how ClickUp scales Certified Agent delivery by creating repeatable playbooks, mentoring others, and feeding product and program insights back into the organization.
