As an Internal Accountant, you are the backbone of our daily financial processes: you are responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, ensure clean and punctual payment runs, and serve as the central contact person for our external tax advisors. You will work closely with our Finance Controller, our Revenue Operations team, and our Head of Finance, making a significant contribution to ensuring our growing team can build on a solid financial foundation. WHAT YOU DO Responsible for ongoing financial accounting (accounts payable and accounts receivable) and ensuring clean, audit-proof filing of all receipts Review incoming invoices, prepare payment runs, and approve them via our tool Moss so that no financial matters are left pending Support outgoing invoices and open receivables via our systems (Younium, Easybill, HubSpot) and coordinate with Revenue Operations regarding them Take charge of credit card management and expense settlement for the entire team Prepare the monthly financial closing and work closely with our tax advisor
