This role advises People & Culture and business leaders on the full range of global employment matters, manages employment-related disputes and investigations, and helps build scalable policies and processes to support Veeam’s growth. In partnership with People & Culture, Global Information Security, Finance, and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions, the successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to translate complex employment law requirements into practical, business-enabling guidance.
