Most designers ship a page and never find out its impact. Here, you'll find out every week. We're putting together a growth squad: a small team of growth marketers, developers and one designer, with one job. Work out what turns a visitor into a customer, then do more of it. You'll be that designer. You'll pitch ideas, design landing pages, page sections and sign-up flows we test, and see the results on every one. You'll work inside an established design system and help shape what gets added to it, with AI built into how you prototype and ship. About 80-90% of your time will be on the web.
