How You'll Make an Impact: We are seeking a dynamic Data Reports & Insights Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role bridges the gap between data services and business intelligence. As a Reports & Insights Analyst, you'll help Cloudbeds customers turn raw operational and financial data into decisions they can act on. You'll build, analyze, and optimize reports across our PMS reporting suite, troubleshoot discrepancies before they become customer frustrations, and coach hoteliers on how to read metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance with confidence.
